To solve the problem, Oliveira went on to schedule requests. Now, the goods are collected on the sender's address and taken to the company's office in a district of the northern district of São Paulo. There, the products are separated according to the destination region and bikeboys leave with scheduled routes, to optimize the path. The main customers of Bikexpress are compounding pharmacies, which helped the company to jump from a turnover of R $ 6,000 per month in the first year to the current R $ 15,000.

Oliveira hires cyclists with a formal contract and offer them clothes, waterproof backpack and helmet. But each uses its own bike. The field of city streets is the main selection criterion. Even with an efficient team, the entrepreneur still plays deliveryman. 'I always liked to ride around the city. As a teenager and worked as an office boy, he used my bike to save the bus money, "he says. 'Thus was born the passion that generated the business.'
