5 PHRASES THAT GOOD SELLERS NEVER SAY
Know that words should be avoided to win customers and not let them

A well-made sales process is one in which the potential buyer is convinced that a product or service is essential to your life. After closing the deal, get the after-sales stage. We must help the customer when he needs it. Thus, the seller customer loyalty and increases the chances that he did not look back competition when shopping.

A single sentence can put everything to lose. A report, originally published in "Entrepreneur", lists some phrases that good salespeople never say. Check it:

1. "You can trust me"
This phrase, as ironic as it may seem, is told by sellers who are not awakening the trust of your potential buyers. Do not ask others to trust you. Instead, conquer the customer from the beginning, with reassuring words and the conviction that their product is the best.

2. "I do not even use this product"
One need not be an expert in sales to know that this can not be said. If neither the seller uses a certain product, that any buyer would spend their money on it? Such an attitude shows total lack of confidence of the seller in relation to which it sells.

3. "This is a company policy"
A more focused tip for after-sales. It may be that the customer has a problem. And the seller can not solve for any reason. Sometimes, it must be given a negative answer to a client.

But it is important to find the right way to say no. By placing the justification for the "no" external factors such as the company's policy, the seller gives the impression that you are just giving an excuse.

4. "I'm off"
Sellers need to sell. Who's employee needs to close the maximum possible business, since their salaries are low and are commissions that "embody" the income at the end of the month. And who is entrepreneur or salary has.

Therefore, one should always be available. This attitude may hinder the personal life of the seller, but unfortunately must be the default behavior of those who chose this career, according to the report.

5. "This may be beyond their financial conditions"
This phrase is spoken by sellers who are approached by people who apparently do not have enough money to close the deal.

However, the appearance may not correspond to reality and you may offend someone who was really willing to buy your product or service. So treat all people equally. Capriche in all sales processes.
